When you request an appointment, we ask for your name, email address, Philippine phone number, requested service, preferred date and time, and any optional notes. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the notes field.

How we use it

We use appointment request details to respond to your inquiry and arrange a visit. The booking form sends details to our configured appointment service. If that service is not configured or is unavailable, your request is not submitted; you can choose the email fallback shown on the form.

Retention and contact

Information submitted through the appointment service is retained according to that service’s settings and our operational needs. To ask about or request deletion of information related to an appointment, email hello@lumierespa.ph.
